Gears of War 3’s lead producer Chris Wynn has left Epic Games to join BioWare as the senior development director on the next Mass Effect game.

“Thrilled to announce that I will be joining @Bioware as the Sr. Development Director on the next Mass Effect!” he tweeted.
Wynn joins a list of notable departures from Epic, including Cliff Bleszinski, Rod Fergusson and Epic president Mike Capps.
With so many high profile departures at Epic it does suggest change is afoot at the studio behind the Unreal Engine and Gears of War.
