RAAM’s Shadow, the second add-on for Gears of War 3, is now available to download on Xbox LIVE Marketplace, Microsoft has announced.
Priced 1200 MS Points, RAAM’s Shadow promises more than three hours of new campaign gameplay, featuring missions on both sides of the Locust War.
Set in the chaos of post-Emergence Day Sera, a new team of Gears known as Zeta Squad attempt to evacuate Ilima City and protect the citizens against a Locust Kryll storm. Look out for the familiar faces of Michael Barrick (from Gears of War comics), Lt. Minh Young Kim (Gears of War) and Tai Kaliso (Gears of War 2), plus new female comrade, Alicia Valera.
Players also get to step into the boots Locust leader General RAAM himself, storming a human stronghold from the perspective of one of the series’ most legendary bosses.
RAAM’s Shadow also features the Chocolate Weapon Set, new Achievements worth an additional 250 Gamerscore and six new multiplayer characters, including General RAAM, the Theron Elite Commando, Alicia Valera, Lt. Minh Young Kim, Tai Kaliso and Michael Barrick.
The add-on is included in the Gears of War 3 Season Pass priced 2400 MS Points or can be purchased separately priced 1200 MS Points.
