Other professional footballers will also appear at GAME’s Newcastle Eldon Square, Reading Oracle, the Birmingham Bullring, and Hull’s Stephen Green stores at the same time, with Danny Wilson scheduled in for GAME’s Edinburgh St James Centre between 3pm-5pm on Friday.
An evening of freestyle football is also promised at the Stratford store, with each of the players also challenging fans to one-on-one matches of FIFA 15.
“FIFA 15 is going to be a winner with both football and gaming fans alike and with such a top line up, we’re expecting big crowds,” said stores director Dave Howard. “We know how important it is to fans to get gaming as soon as possible so we’ve got our staff match fit to open over 300 of our GAME stores at midnight so gamers can get their hands on it as soon as the whistle blows.”
