Insomniac’s sci-fi shooter FUSE will miss its previously confirmed March 2013 release date, now shipping in EA’s spring quarter, the publisher has announced.

“Ted Price and the Insomniac Studio are putting a lot of polish into their new game, FUSE. The extra work delivers a big payout for players and FUSE will be released in Q1, our spring quarter,” said EA COO Peter Moore during the publisher’s overnight Q3 earnings call.

This confirms VideoGamer.com’s earlier report that FUSE had been delayed – GAME listed the title for release on April 30, before changing to TBC – 2013.
