This includes both Epic Games and Microsoft, who have teamed up to bring a fantastic deal for Fortnite Crew. For a limited time, you can get the monthly in-game subscription for only $1. However, you can lose all of your cosmetics if you refund the subscription.
Because of this refund, many players have lost their valuable cosmetics and even V-Bucks. If you intend to subscribe to Fortnite Crew using this deal, you will have to commit to your subscription.
The latest Fortnite refund has removed numerous cosmetics from lockers
Earlier this year, Microsoft added the Fortnite Crew subscription to the Xbox Game Pass. The ultimate tier of this pass, which usually costs $29.99, includes a subscription to Fortnite’s bundle. For a limited time, this tier only costs $1, allowing you to get numerous cosmetics and V-Bucks for just a fraction of their total cost.
Once you spend $1, you will receive access to Fortnite Crew for a month, which gives you access to monthly skins, all the seasonal passes, and up to 2,500 V-Bucks. However, if you refund the purchase, you will lose all the benefits.
To make things worse, you won’t be able to resubscribe to the Xbox Game Pass for only $1, as this deal is limited to those who have never used the subscription in the past. Considering that the cosmetics and V-Bucks you get cost more than $100, refunding the cheap subscription is undoubtedly a bad idea. After all, you can get up to 17 skins and many other cosmetics.
If you decide to take advantage of this deal, you can simply turn off recurring billing to avoid getting charged for the second month of the subscription. If you do this, you will only pay $1, and you will get all the Fortnite Crew benefits. In case you want to keep your subscription after a month, you can pay $29.99 for it or subscribe directly from the game.
