Fortnite Crew has recently received a massive upgrade. With the release of Chapter 6, Epic Games added many new features to this subscription while keeping the same price. Thanks to this, you can now get all four passes in the game with Crew. On top of this, you still get monthly cosmetics, 1,000 V-Bucks, and a few more benefits.
While all of this sounds amazing, it doesn’t seem that Epic is done changing this subscription. According to a recent survey, the game developer is considering making a few more changes that would drastically improve this Fortnite service.
Fortnite Crew subscribers might get discounts or more V-Bucks
For now, you can only subscribe to Fortnite Crew on a monthly basis. However, Epic Games is exploring the possibility of offering discounts for multi-month subscriptions, making the service more affordable. Additionally, the company has surveyed users to gauge interest in receiving more V-Bucks or extra cosmetics as part of their subscription.
Here are a few more potential upgrades that were seen in a recent Fortnite survey:
- Access to some emotes during subscription
- Access to previous Crew cosmetics
- Extra Battle Pass levels each month
- Benefits in other games
- Crew-exclusive quests
- Account profile flair
It’s worth mentioning that Crew cosmetics aren’t particularly exclusive. Epic Games has stated that they will return in the future, but exclusively for Crew members. However, there’s a possibility that these older cosmetics will only be granted to active subscribers. Considering that Epic recently revamped the subscription model, this outcome seems likely.
Keep in mind that you can also vote on changes in Fortnite. To do this, you need to log in with your Fortnite account on epicgames.com and enable surveys in the Communications tab. Once you do this, you will also unlock a free back bling!
