Epic Games brought back one of the rarest Fortnite skins to the Item Shop. The skin was available for a couple of weeks in Chapter 1, but it had been vaulted since Season X. Fortunately, many new players got a chance to add it to their lockers on Tuesday.

The v26.10 update was released on Tuesday, and less than 24 hours after it, Epic brought back P-1000. Considering that the battle royale game did not have as many players in Chapter 1 as it has now, many players didn’t even know this skin existed.

Not only has the skin returned, but the price of its pack was lowered to $11.99 from $14.99.

If you want to find out more info, the original story regarding the item’s return can be found below.

One of the rarest Fortnite skins is set to return very soon. Epic Games has released several rare skins over the past few months, so this doesn’t come as a surprise. Oddly, many cosmetics have been vaulted for four or more years, but Epic will likely bring them back at some point.

The only skins that will never return to the game are those from the Battle Pass. Every other skin will likely return at some point, whether it’s five days or five years from now. P-1000 is one of the rarest Fortnite skins, yet it’ll soon return to the shop, allowing players to obtain it.

Here’s everything you need to know about it.

P-1000 is one of the rarest Fortnite skins, but it will soon return

P-1000 is a rare Fortnite skin that was available during Season X. The only way to obtain it was by purchasing the P-1000’s Challenge Pack for $14.99. Besides the skin, the pack includes the Peely Pulse emote and 1,500 V-Bucks.

The pack was released on September 27, 2019, and was available for only a few weeks. It was last seen in the shop on October 13 of the same year. P-1000 was available until The End event but hasn’t been re-released to the Item Shop ever since then.

According to reputable leakers, the P-1000’s Challenge Pack was updated with the v26.10 update on September 12. Due to this, we expect the pack to return to the item shop very soon, likely within the next two weeks.

At the moment, P-1000 is the fourth-rarest Fortnite skin, along with the original variant of The Paradigm. These are the only three skins that are rarer:

  • Reflex – March 4, 2019
  • Black Widow – May 6, 2019
  • World Warrior – July 28, 2019

Considering that Reflex was released by accident and that World Warrior was a Fortnite World Cup exclusive, it’s unlikely that these two skins will ever return to the Item Shop. The original Black Widow skin has been vaulted for more than four years, and Epic Games released a new variant of it, which may also indicate that it won’t return ever again.
