We are only three days away from the next live event in Fortnite. This event will introduce The Simpsons and conclude Chapter 6. For some reason, Epic Games marked it as a mini-event in the game. However, this doesn’t seem to be the case, as the event will be huge. In fact, even the company’s CEO hinted at this on his X profile.
Considering that the upcoming event will bring a new season, this doesn’t come as a surprise. Some of its details have already been leaked, and we will get the rest on Saturday.
The Simpsons x Fortnite Live Event Will Be Huge
On Tuesday night, Hypex, the most popular Fortnite leaker, claimed that the upcoming event was going to be a full one. There has been a lot of talk regarding the size of the event, with some leakers believing that it will be small, while others think it will be huge. Fortunately, Tim Sweeney, the Epic Games co-founder and CEO, put an end to this.
Sweeney liked a post on X that asked if the event was actually going to be big. While this is not a direct confirmation about the event size, it’s likely as good as we will get.
The release date and time of the next Fortnite live event is set for November 1 at 11 AM Eastern Time. The event will take place a few hours earlier than usual, most likely because of an extended downtime that will follow. The Simpsons season will arrive later in the day, bringing all the new content.
The upcoming event is shaping up to be one of the biggest in Fortnite, and we can’t wait to witness it. For now, it’s time to finish the current Battle Pass and unlock all the free skins before they expire.
