Battle royale shooter Fortnite is about to get its next season – with Wilds right around the corner and expected to launch on June 9.
Recent teasers for the season have started letting fans in on what they can expect when the game returns from its downtime, including the new jungle biome responsible for the latest season’s name. In fact, a recent Tweet from the official Transformers account may have confirmed a recent leak about the debut of a specific character. However, the season won’t get its full reveal until tomorrow evening – as it’s been confirmed for a slot in Geoff Keighly’s Summer Game Fest showcase on June 8.
In the meantime, if you’re wondering when the next update is set to hit in your region – here’s our best guess. The actual start time will vary, as it depends on how long Epic will spend on maintenance, with the previous season set to end on June 9 at 7am UK time -so if they run into any issues when updating the game. But based on previous updates, here’s when we think it’ll land.
