The v32.10 Fortnite update is less than 24 hours away! Epic Games originally scheduled it to come out on Tuesday, November 12. However, the update was slightly postponed, and will now come out on Wednesday. While its release date has changed, it doesn’t seem that the game developer will change anything else about it.
In this article, we take a look at the early patch notes. Most of these additions have been confirmed by Epic and can also be found on the official blog.
Next Fortnite update will change the game
The upcoming Fortnite update will bring two game-changing things. First, Epic Games will release Kicks (shoes), allowing additional customization of skins. A pair of Kicks will come out with the Battle Pass, as well as in the Item Shop. With this update, more than 500 most popular skins will be compatible with shoes, while 95% of skins will be compatible by spring.
Another game-changing addition is the map rotation. Starting with the v32.10 Fortnite update, Epic will bring back the original Fortnite Reload map. It will rotate every 30 minutes with the Desert Drop map, and the rotation timer will also be added to the lobby. This is a perfect addition to Fortnite Reload, and we can expect a similar feature to come to the regular Battle Royale mode in the future.
Besides these two amazing additions, here is everything else we expect with the next Fortnite update:
- Juice WRLD skin reveal
- Ice Spice skin and items
- Big loot pool update (TNT, Hunting Rifle, Proximity Mine, and more)
- Live event files
While both Juice WRLD and Ice Spice have been confirmed, Epic hasn’t added their skins to the game data. Once the v32.10 update comes out, we should be able to see these skins, thanks to Fortnite data miners. Furthermore, the Chapter 2 Remix season will end with another big live event, and the next update will most likely contain some important details about it.
The exact release time of the update is still unknown, and we’re waiting for Epic’s confirmation. However, expect it to come out on Wednesday around 4 AM Eastern Time. As this is a major update, it will also have downtime.
