In the announcement confirming the games’ release dates SI revealed that the PSP version has now been improved, increasing the squad sized from 30 to 36 players. It was also confirmed that the Xbox 360 version will feature a number of Xbox Live game modes, including an option to export your previously saved teams and go head-to-head with other human managed teams in a 16-player knockout cup, or an eight-player league.
The Xbox 360 version will also give you can indication of your managerial prowess thanks to the new Gamerpoints system, awarding managers for completing certain tasks during the game, such as signing your first player or going a whole season unbeaten. Both titles will be fully up to date with all the latest January transfer window signings.
It’s worth noting that the Xbox 360 version will require the Xbox 360 hard drive to work. This is included with the Xbox 360 console package, but Xbox 360 Core owners will need to buy the hard drive add-on in order to play the game.
