There are a few reasons as to why this can happen. Maybe it’s because your board has sacked you or you have grown unhappy in your current situation. Maybe you’re doing a challenge save that requires you to move around. Regardless, the steps to find a new Job in FM23 are the same:
How to find jobs in FM23?
- If you want to find another job while you are still at your current job, You can make yourself available on Touch, mobile, and the P.C. versions of the game.
- Otherwise, you can go to the Job Centre to see available jobs, or you can get an offer from an interested club.
- If there are no available jobs, you keep simulating the job till you get an offer.
- You may get an offer from a club that has sacked its manager.
- Or, your assistant will notify you when a manager gets the sack from a club.
- When this happens, you right-click on the club’s badge or name to open the club’s menu.
- Select overview, and apply for a job.
- When you get an interview, you will answer questions by selecting options that will influence your role and whether you get the job.
- If the board offers you the job, you will proceed to negotiate with the board on terms and roles.
- After successful negotiations, you can begin your new job.
