At the start of your save, pick an underdog team from the bottom of the Scottish League, try and take them to European glory and then take over a team in England, and bring them major success too.

You must rely on your academy players to form the core of the dynasty, whilst transitioning multiple squads in an attempt to try and replicate one of the greatest managers of all time.Â
FM23: Invincibles challenge
When Arsenal won the English Premier League in 2003/2004 without conceding any defeats throughout the season, they were regarded as the Invincibles.
Can you repeat this feat in 2023? Start a save and try to complete a season without suffering any defeats in the league, it is a lot harder than it may seem, especially in the Premier League.
FM23: The Carlo Ancelotti challenge
This challenge is the ultimate journeyman challenge. To complete the challenge, you must replicate Carlo Ancelotti’s feat of winning the first division league title in all of Europe’s top 5 leagues.
To make the challenge even more interesting, you can try to surpass Don Carlo’s record of Champions league titles (4). He hasn’t seen success everywhere he has gone, but his career is up there with one of the best.
He is now managing Real Madrid again, bringing them another Champions League last season.

FM23: The Samuel Eto’o challenge
Samuel Eto’o is one of the most illustrious names in world football. The talismanic striker is the only player in history to win two back-to-back trebles in Europe’s Top 5 leagues. His first was with FC Barcelona in 08/09 and then with Inter Milan the following year in 09/10.
Can you replicate this astounding feat as manager?
FM23: The Graham Potter challenge
Graham Potter’s storied rise to Manager of Chelsea FC is a Football Manager’s fairy tale. He began his career in relative obscurity at Ostersunds FK in the Swedish Fourth tier. He led the team to the Allsvenskan (Swedish to division)
Since then he took over Swansea in the Championship in 2018 and then played beautiful and expansive football at Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League before moving to Chelsea.
If you think you’ve got what it takes, pick a team in the lowest division of a league outside of Europe’s top 5 leagues and work your way to the top of the pile.
