After suffering a few delays, Final Fantasy XV’s new multiplayer expansion has launched into the wild, which offers a whole new mini-campaign set after the events of Chapter 13 of the main game.

Rather than playing as Noctis and his crew, you take on the mantle of a member of the survivors of the Kingsglaive seeking to restore light to the world via a number of quests that come in both singleplayer and multiplayer varieties, as well as cameos from plenty of characters from the main game.

Noctis’ friends Gladious, Pomptoo and Ignis aren’t in the game at launch, but they’ll be added to the game in future updates, Square Enix has promised. The expansion is free to owners of the Final Fantasy XV Season Pass, or for £15.99 for everyone else on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
