EA adds several new features to FIFA 23 career mode this year, including Transfer Analysis. Transfer analysis gives you a breakdown of your performance as a negotiator, highlights where a new signing will fit, and hints on how to improve as a negotiator.

FIFA 23: How to sell players

To sell a player in FIFA 23 Career mode, you will take the following steps:

• Click on the squad tab, then proceed to squad hub, which is found under the squad tab. 
• Select the player you want to sell and move them to the transfer list. 
• Wait till you receive transfer offers from other clubs for your players. You may need to wait till a later date in the game before offers start to roll in.
• After receiving offers, you may proceed to negotiate with the clubs interested in your player.
• After successfully negotiating the player’s transfer, the player will be transferred to the new club.

Clubs may also spontaneously offer to buy players from your club, after which you may decide to negotiate with them or not.
