Will Fallout ever come to Nintendo Switch? The franchise has appeared across multiple platforms over the years but has mainly stuck to PC, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles. Of course, the decision to ultimately release any of these games is in the hands of Bethesda Game Studios.
With Fallout being on the rise again thanks to the release of Starfield, many are wondering when the release of Fallout 5 will be. Many fans on Reddit have also shared that they want a Starfield DLC like Fallout 4’s Far Harbor.

Once again, it seems very unlikely as the Fallout 4 GoTY edition was released a while back and has since not made its way to Nintendo Switch. Many have stated that they believe the console won’t be able to handle Fallout 4 the way it handles Skyrim and Doom Eternal.
There were once rumors that the title would be coming to Nintendo’s console but those have faded into non-existence at this point. Todd Howard has also made no interest in stating that Fallout 4 would be coming to Nintendo’s console.

For the foreseeable future, it appears as though you won’t be going on a wasteland adventure on Nintendo Switch. The closest you will get to the quests and survival of past Fallout titles on the platform is Fallout Shelter which was released on the Nintendo Switch back in 2018.
