Iron Galaxy has staple-gunned a release date to its Ogre-slaying adventure game Extinction, confirming it’ll hit PS4, PC, and Xbox One on April 10. What’s more, the title will be accompanied by a dedicated ‘Days of Dolorum’ Season Pass.

Extinction will come in two flavours: The Standard Edition and the Digital Deluxe Edition, the latter of which will set you back £64.99 and includes the Season Pass. Alternatively, you can grab the pass on its own for £12.99 (via PST).

Pre-orders for the game are now open, and select retailers are offering up a bunch of extra goodies for anyone who puts the cash down early. In total, there’s the Short Fuse trial (Best Buy), Last Legs & Heads, You Win trials (GameStop), Double Trouble trial (PlayStation Store), and Brightsteel City (Microsoft Store).

Extinction sees you attempting to get humanity out of an almighty pickle, namely an army of race-slaughtering Ogres known as the Ravenii. As the last survivor of the legendary Sentinels and the only one capable of saving Dolorum from certain doom, players must navigate hostile environments while taking on enemies with devastating, combo-focused attacks to claw back victory. It’s do or die, basically.
