City builder Endzone – A World Apart: Survivor Edition is heading to Xbox Series X|S & PS5 next month, which means there’s a new console gameplay trailer to get our eyes on.

The strategy game, which originally launched on PC last year, has naturally had a UI overhaul for the home release. You’ll still be rebuilding a post-apocalyptic colony of survivors after a nuclear holocaust, as you do. But now you’ll be doing it with a controller thanks to the work of developer Gentlymad Studios.

If you missed the original announcement, you’ll have more than 90 different buildings at your disposal. These include things like power stations, shelters, water treatment plants and more. Keeping your survivors happy will be paramount of course, and they’ll keep you busy with over 90 side missions.

You’ll need them on your side too, as you’ll have to send them out on dangerous Expeditions. Leaving the safety of the colony behind, you’ll want to make sure they come back safe from an irradiated wasteland to bring more supplies for the survivors back home. This Survivor Edition of the game also includes the first DLC chapter, entitled Prosperity.

You can check out the new console gameplay trailer for yourself down below. Endzone – A World Apart: Survivor Edition arrives on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 on May 19, 2022.
