EA and 10Tacle Studios AG have announced a distribution agreement to release Boulder Dash-Rocks across Europe this holiday.

Boulder Dash made its debut in the early 80s and is now returning with a new look, but with the same gameplay principles: players must collect sparkling diamonds while avoiding numerous traps and beating opponents to reach them.

The game also features new multi-player gameplay and extra modes which have been custom designed to take advantage of different platforms.

Boulder-Dash Rocks is scheduled for release on Nintendo DS and PSP this winter.
