Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will not get an EA Access trial because EA is very worried about story spoilers appearing online before the game launches on November 15 (via VG247).
Star Wars #JediFallenOrder launches this week! #EAAccess members get 10% off the game.
We've opted not to have early/timed access (Play First Trial), in part to reduce the risk of spoilers. Instead, EA Access members get these exclusive cosmetics!https://t.co/UQ1ZKzOvnh pic.twitter.com/tRV7rQjnQb

EA Access subscribers would usually receive a time-limited trial of new games five days before the retail launch. The publisher has refused an early access trial of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order because the trial risks spoilers showing up online before other players are able to play it themselves. Respawn Entertainment has been beavering away at the game for five years so it’s understandable that the company is safeguarding its story all the way down to the wire.
Instead, EA Access subscribers are getting exclusive skins for the Stinger Mantis and Cal’s droid BD-1, and a 10 per cent discount on the full price of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. In addition, the new game will be sold through Steam as part of EA and Valve’s new collaboration. The Vault is a selection of EA games plus ‘exclusive catalog-wide discounts, and in-game member benefits for some of [its] biggest franchises’, available to those who subscribe to EA Access.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is will release on November 15 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
