Media Molecule's PlayStation 4 craft-'em-up Dreams has been in development for around six years, according to a new interview with the British-based developer's creative director.
Mark Healey revealed that not only has the team been beavering away on the 'ridiculously ambitious' project for over half a decade, but it appears to have run into some troubles along the way; Healey notes it has been 'remade' twice already.
And yes, he was only too well aware of the irony of making a game called Dreams yet it being something of a 'nightmare' to work on.
'I think we started it about six years ago, or something like that. It's the most ironically-titled thing I've ever worked on, you know, it's called Dreams but it has been an absolute nightmare to be honest with you. But we've got there..we've remade it twice already,' he said.
Dreams has yet to attract a concrete release date, though is expected to show up at some point this year.
