Dragon’s Dogma 2 players have been hard at work and a cursed Pikachu is their latest creation. A rather disturbing image has been making the rounds and the open-world RPG will even let you play as this character once it launches. The character creator was released ahead of its launch, allowing players to recreate some bizarre and beloved characters.

Check out this cursed Pikachu from Dragon’s Dogma 2

In a Reddit post, user The_Infernum shared terrifying images of an attempt at recreating Pikachu in Dragon’s Dogma 2’s character creator. It didn’t take long for other players to react. User sirferrell begged it to “Please get back into the PokeBall… Why are you looking at me like that??” while Lyxcfir summed up their reaction with “Defective Pikachu.” Several players joined in on the fun, with others sharing their own cursed creations in the post.

It’s a show of strength for the character creator and fans across social media platforms began sharing the image. Pokémon fans will think twice before saying “I choose you” to this spooky rendition of a fan-favorite character. This isn’t the first time a player decided to get creative with their characters and it certainly won’t be the last.

We aren’t sure if the player will actually transfer this character over when Dragon’s Dogma 2 releases. Considering that the game is set to drop alongside Rise of the Ronin and Princess Peach: Showtime, Dragon’s Dogma 2’s online buzz is helping it stand out from the other launches. Expect even more bizarre creations to find their way into the game when it launches on PC and consoles.
