Xbox One users can upgrade to a digital copy of Dishonored: Definitive Edition for just £15 if they own a digital copy of the original Xbox 360 version.

The deal also seems to apply to those who downloaded the game via Games with Gold last year, although there’s no indication yet whether physical owners will be offered a similar discount.

The game normally costs £29.99 from the Xbox Games Store.

The offer is currently only available on Xbox One, although a similar deal in the US suggests that it could come to PS4 once the digital version is available to pre-order.

Dishonored: Definitive Edition launches on PS4 and Xbox One on August 28 and includes enhanced visuals over the earlier 360/PS3 versions.

If you don’t own an upgradable digital edition you can buy the retail PS4 or Xbox One version for only £24 from Amazon.
