Codemasters’ DiRT 3 is to receive a global release on May 24, the publisher has announced. The third game in the DiRT series will be available for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
DiRT 3 boasts more cars, more locations, more routes and more events than any other game in the series – Rally content will account for 60 per cent of the game’s career mode, with stages set across three continents. New to DiRT 3 is stylish driving events known as GymKhana.
DiRT 3 is almost guaranteed strong sales given its history as a quality franchise and large fan base. It’s also releasing in what currently looks like a quiet week for new titles, although LA Noire hits stores a week earlier.
