Marc Ecko Entertainment has released new information on its upcoming iPhone/iPod Touch game based on Showtime’s hit crime drama Dexter.

The game will feature puzzle solving, stealth tactics, mini-games and the ability for players to slash by holding the iPhone like a blade (the accelerometer tech will do the rest). The game will also offer two control methods: tilt the device left and right and use the forward and backwards buttons on screen, or use a virtual joystick positioned in the corner of the screen.

It will also be important for players to keep Dexter’s serial killer double life a secret, with the game featuring a Mask metre, which if fully depleted will mean game over.

Fans should certainly be interested: the story has been penned by show writer Timothy Schlattmann, and Michael C. Hall will offer his voice talent.
