Destiny 2’s latest weekly reset has come knocking again, although sadly it’s not packing the newly-revamped Iron Banner that Bungie had promised. The discovery of a last-minute bug has delayed the hard-as-nails PvP event to a later date, which means you’ll have to make do with the usual merry-go-round of Strikes and Milestones for now.
If you’re not all that bothered about playing 6v6 Crucible for now, then chances are you’ll be fine having a stab at the Nightfall Strike this week, which takes the form of the Tree of Probabilities. Challenges include Unbroken and Laser Challenge, while you reward is a pretty awesome D.F.A. Hand Cannon.
There’s also another Flashpoint Milestone to dip into this week, which tasks Guardians with travelling to Nessus to complete Public Events. As always, Cayde-6 is on hand to dish out five treasure maps in the Tower so you can hunt down some hidden booty while you’re there.
Last but not least are your weekly set of Crucible challenges, with Rumble in place of the delayed Iron Banner playlist and Lord Shaxx once again offering a prize for completing the Call to Arms Milestone.
Bungie recently confirmed that it is bringing its boot heel down on idlers in an attempt to improve cooperative play within Destiny 2’s Strikes.
