Bungie has announced that it has been tinkering with its Destiny 2 roadmap ahead of the launch of next week’s update 1.1.4. This isn’t the first time that the studio has fiddled with the game’s scheduled either.

Chiefly, due to a major issue with the Heroic Strike Modifier, this feature has now been shoved back until May’s update 1.2.0, which sees the release of other key enhancements for the shared-world shooter including exotic weapon/armour sandbox changes.

Fortunately, patch 1.1.4 is still very much on track for release on March 27, and assuming there’s no more hiccups, will implement various Crucible-focused additions such as 6v6, ammo and gameplay tuning, and a penalty system for Crucible rage quitters.

Bungie recently confirmed details on the next Faction Rally event, and GameStop seemingly leaked the title for the next expansion for the loot grinding simulator, which is apparently called The Fallen Warmind.

Destiny 2 launched on PS4 and Xbox One in September 2017 with a PC version arriving the following month. Despite the copious amount of grinding required, Alice found out that there’s a pretty solid shooter buried underneath.Â
