Kojima Productions has confirmed that Death Stranding is getting a photo mode feature on PlayStation 4, as well as PC.

The photo mode was announced for the PC port, along with Half-Life: Alyx–themed goodies, earlier this month. It seemed strange that PC players would be getting snap-happy when the feature has been included in numerous PlayStation 4 titles, like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Driveclub, God of War, and Horizon: Zero Dawn. Heck, Horizon: Zero Dawn runs on the same engine as Death Stranding, so it was even stranger that it didn’t use one.
Well, it’s confirmed now, at least. The photo mode will roll out “soon” and the developer assured that further information will follow.
Death Stranding is available for PlayStation 4, and arrives for PC in summer 2020.
