A special Pre-order Edition of Dead Island will be available to those who order the game early. The aptly named Dead Island Pre-order Edition comes complete with the Bloodbath Arena DLC.
This DLC pack, worth approximately $10, includes four different arenas in which players fight for survival against waves of zombies. Experience points gained here can be carried over to the main campaign.
As well as the arenas, the free DLC also includes exclusive weapon, the brain wave bomb. Dead Island is due for release later this year for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
When Jamin saw the game for his Dead Island preview he was mildly impressed, but left unconvinced. We’re expecting to get hands-on with the game at E3 next week to see how the game’s shaping up. Does the Pre-order Edition tempt you?
