A Dead By Daylight 2026 roadmap leak has appeared on the LeaksDBD subreddit. The leak includes the release date for the Stranger Things Chapter 2 PTB, which will allow players on Steam to play a public-test build before the DLC fully releases for all platforms.

According to the leak, the Stranger Things Chapter 2 PTB will launch on January 6. You will only be able to play the public test build on Steam, which will allow you to experience the DLC early. So far, all we officially know about the Stranger Things chapter is that it stars Vecna as the Killer, there are two Survivors who haven’t been revealed yet, and it is launching in January after being delayed from November.

Following the PTB, the roadmap indicates that the Stranger Things Part 2 DLC will release on January 27. This is when it will become available to play on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. We don’t know the price for the DLC yet, but it’s likely to cost $12, similar to the first Stranger Things Chapter, as well as the two Resident Evil collaborations, all starring one Killer and two Survivors.

BeHaviour’s first Stranger Things Chapter was released in 2019 and returned to Dead By Daylight in 2023 after being removed because of its license expiring. The Killer for Part 1 was the Demogorgon, with Nancy Wheeler and Steve Harrington as the Survivors.

You can get a total of two million Bloodpoints to level up characters by logging into Dead By Daylight every day until January 6. Developer BeHaviour Interactive’s Daily Login calendar started on December 1, and it also gifts 1,000 Iridescent Shards, which is a currency you can use to buy cosmetics plus original Killers and Survivors from the in-game store.

Dead By Daylight 2026 roadmap leak

The Dead By Daylight 2026 roadmap leak only shows as far as the anniversary event in June. Below is the leaked roadmap:

  • Stranger Things Chapter 2 PTB – January 6
  • Tormented Souls Collection – January 13
  • Chaos Shuffle with Add-Ons – January 13 – 27
  • Return to Silent Hill quests (?) – January 23
  • Stranger Things Chapter 2 release – January 27
  • Rift 4 release – January 27
  • Lauren Tsai Legendary – February/March
  • Flower of Life Haddie Kaur – February/March
  • Yamaoka Survivor and New Map PTB – February 17
  • Yamaoka Survivor and New Map release – March 10
  • Blood Moon Event – March/April
  • Mid-Chapter 38.5 PTB – March 31
  • Mid-Chapter 38.5 release – April 21
  • Rift 5 release – April 21
  • Chapter 39 PTB – May 12
  • Chapter 39 release – June 2
  • Montreal Anniversary Party – June 14
  • 10th Anniversary event – June 16 to July

Remember, none of the above dates are officially announced by BeHaviour Interactive. Plus, there’s always the possibility of delays.

Yamaoka is the leaked March Survivor for the DBD Year 10 roadmap. According to leaks, Yamaoka is a cursed Samurai and is the father of Dead By Daylight Killer, The Oni. The Year 10 roadmap confirms that Yamaoka will be accompanied by a new map, but there are currently no map leaks.

BeHaviour has already confirmed that Dead By Daylight will celebrate its 10th anniversary in June 2026, which makes sense as the game first launched for PC in June 2016. You can pre-order a special and extremely limited Dead By Daylight 10th Anniversary collector’s set before it releases in June, and all we know about the in-game activities is that we are not getting the annual Twisted Masquerade event, as this year’s was officially the last.

Stranger Things Chapter 2 and the Yamaoka Survivor are the final two chapters for Year 10. BeHaviour hasn’t announced any chapters for Year 11, but leaks claim we should eventually get a Predator Chapter because it’s been “lined up since Alien”.
