As part of a blog-like update on the official Steam website, Valve has revealed that play-testing for Day of Defeat: Source is well under way and that the game is due later this summer. Work is currently being carried out on animations and lighting. Two new screenshots can be seen in the news update.
A snippet of news has also been released for HL2: Lost Coast, the upcoming, free single map for Half-Life 2. The map is nearing completion and will apparently include some extra content that hasn’t been mentioned yet. What this will be is anybody’s guess. We’ll bring you news when we hear more.
