From 8am GMT on Wednesday, November 8, Contra will be available to download at a cost of 400 Microsoft Points. As usual, Xbox Live members are also able to download a demo to give the game a try before they buy.
In addition to a single-player mode, the game will also include co-op over Xbox Live or with another player on the same console. You’ll also get the leaderboards, achievements and marginally updated visuals that are expected from an Xbox Live Arcade title.
If you’ve enabled the option in the new Xbox 360 Dashboard, then the demo of the game will automatically be downloaded once it becomes available.
