The planned launch of the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Havoc DLC on PC has run into a hitch and will now release on March 3, Sledgehammer Games has announced.

The PS4 and PS3 release has gone ahead as planned. Amazon is currently offering the PS4 version for only £25.

To make up for the delay Sledgehammer is offering PC gamers some free bits and bobs.

“Please pardon today’s delay, and accept this KVA Paramilitary Exo as a small token of our appreciation,” states the Sledgehammer blog. “The KVA Paramilitary Exo’s unique look matches the exclusive AE-4 Widowmaker directed energy Assault Rifle. This Rare Enlisted Loot will be contained in the next Supply Drop you open and Double XP has been activated through the PC launch of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare HAVOC DLC on March 3rd.”

Havoc made its debut on Xbox One and Xbox 360 last month, introducing the game’s brand new Exo Zombies mode and four new multiplayer maps.

A bonus weapon – the AE4 directed energy assault rifle – is also included.
