A City of Heroes double XP weekend event will begin 4:00 pm BST on July 28 and end 7:00 pm on July 31.
Along with the additional XP, players will be able to double their Prestige and Influence, which can be used to buy rooms to set up your base, as well as enhancements and costumes.
City of Heroes was originally released in 2004. Recently the game went free-to-play.
