Champions Online: Free for All is now live, offering everyone a free to play super hero MMO, Atari Europe has announced.
Aside from special Adventure Packs, which can be bought inside the game, all the content in Champions Online: Free for All is free to play. Players can choose to subscribe at £10.34 per month, which unlocks almost all the content and extra features.
“We’re thrilled to finally be able to launch Champions Online: Free for All,” said John Needham, CEO, Cryptic Studios. “The Champions team has put an incredible amount of effort into making Free for All an amazing free-to-play MMO every gamer can enjoy at no cost.”

With DC Universe currently doing well in the sales charts, a free to play Champions Online might be able to pick up stragglers once the 30-day free membership expires and people are looking for something else.
