Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker has been delayed to January 2015 in Europe.
The Wii U game had previously been expected to release in the UK this Christmas, but remains on track to launch in North America and Japan this holiday.
A reason for its delay has not been disclosed.
Captain Toad: Treasure Tacker is based on the puzzling mini-game included in Super Mario 3D World and sees the player spinning the camera around a 3D environment to help Toad navigate the world and discover hidden treasures.
