Activision Blizzard has revealed details of what’s coming in Call of Duty Vanguard & Warzone Season Two Reloaded update this week.
First up is a refresh for the Call of Duty Warzone Rebirth Island map. This long-running mode places teams on a smaller map, but allows them the chance to redeploy if killed. The Reinforced refresh marks the biggest map update for Rebirth Island since its original release. The team has given several points of interest on the map a makeover, and added a new one in the form of the Dock. There’s two new docked ships to explore, redeploy balloons that have made their way from Caldera and much more besides.
Payload, Blood Money and an all-new Resurgence Solos mode will also be featured in weekly playlists. There’ll also be a special Rebirth Reinforced Event that sees players complete challenges for a legendary LMG blueprint. If enough players complete all the challenges, everyone who took part will get a massive 25,000 XP boost and unlock Weapon Trade Stations on the island.
Meanwhile, Call of Duty Vanguard gets its own set of updates. They include a new 12v12 mode in the form of Arms Race. Two teams must drop into the Alps, the game’s largest map, and must take over all bases to win. To help them, they’ll get access to new vehicles including a motorcycle, CD12 Transport and a Tank.
Elsewhere, there’s brand new Ranked Play rewards, Zombies mode gets some new Covenants and there’s new Operator bundles too. One of them of rapper & frequent Call of Duty collaborator Snoop Dogg. Players can pick up the Snoop Dogg Operator Bundle with 10 additional items from April 19.
