Update: Extinction has been officially revealed with a brand-new alien-filled trailer.
Original story: Call of Duty: Ghosts’ Extinction mode will be much like the Black Ops Zombies game type, only with Aliens, leaked screens and a teaser trailer have indicated.
Screens leaked online by Imgur user smtkz show players fighting off aliens, or “space bugs” as the mode calls them. A loadout screen details different classes and weapons, whilst specific challenges are also detailed in other images.
Furthermore, Infinity Ward has posted an Instagram video which features a version of the game’s skull morphing into an alien.
Call of Duty: Ghosts launches November 5 so expect full details on Extinction pretty soon.
