Activision’s latest Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 update has brought back Grind, an iconic—but somewhat annoying—map first introduced in Black Ops 2. However, in the new incarnation of the map, fans have discovered a teaser for a brand new Tony Hawk Pro Skater game.
Tony Hawk Pro Skater teased in Black Ops 6
In the latest Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 map, players have discovered a new sign on the back wall. This sign includes a very soon date: March 4th, 2025. Not only does the sign include the font for the Tony Hawk Pro Skater series, but it also features the series’ logo.
While it’s not known if the new game is another remake similar to Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, which released in 2021, or a new title altogether, it’s awesome that we’re getting a new title in the first place.
In recent months, there have been a number of rumours surrounding a new game in the series with most evidence pointing towards a conjoined remake of Pro Skater 3 and 4. At the time of writing, very little is known about the alleged remake.
With the release date teaser pointing towards a very soon release date, we should expect to see more of the new Tony Hawk game in the coming weeks. Now that the series is owned by Microsoft, the title should launch on Xbox Game Pass alongside a PC, PlayStation and potentially Nintendo Switch port.
