BioWare is looking into a problem experienced by gamers playing the multiplayer mode included in Mass Effect 3. Some players have seen kits unlocked in multiplayer become locked again.
BioWare has stated that it continues to investigate the issue, but in the mean time it has given two ways to help avoid experiencing the problem:
- Avoiding going into the Store while ‘Ready’ for a multiplayer match. It’s best to un-ready yourself before you go to the store.
- Not accepting invites while in the store/purchasing
