The Battlefield 4 Join Squad Beta is now available on PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360, EA and DICE have announced.
Squad Join Beta allows players to set up a squad for up to five people before joining a multiplayer server. This allows you and four friends to deploy directly in the game together. Once in-game, you and your squad mates are guaranteed to stick together over rounds.
The tool is currently in its first iteration, so you can expect further functionality to be made based on player feedback. The next version of Join Squad is planned for when Battlefield 4 Dragon’s Teeth arrives this summer.
