Batman: Arkham City pre-order skins will arrive as DLC

Rocksteady Games has confirmed that those lovely Batman pre-order costumes – each available through a different retailer – will arrive as DLC ‘down the track’.

“The offer that we’re making out with retailers for gamers is, this is an early access opportunity for you,” Rocksteady’s marketing manager Dax Ginn told Eurogamer. “Absolutely down the track [the skins] will be available more broadly.”

While the suits (pictured below) are undeniably cool, some fans were concerned at the thought of being forced into purchasing the game from a specific retailer to get the suit they wanted. News that they’ll all be arriving as DLC in the future is comforting indeed.
