Barcelona’s iconic Camp Nou stadium will not be in FIFA 13, publisher EA has confirmed.
A post on Facebook by A Sports FIFA Community Manager Romily Broad confirmed what a user had thought: no Camp Nou in this year’s game.
“Yeah, unfortunately we couldn’t get a license for Camp Nou this time out,” stated Broad.
A post by a community manager on the EA forum confirmed the news.
“Camp Nou is not in. A licensing agreement could not be reached. There is nothing more to say on the matter.”
A demo for FIFA 13 hits Xbox 360 and PC today, and PlayStation 3 tomorrow. The full game is released on September 31.
