Ubisoft has unsheathed Assassin's Creed Odyssey update 1.0.6, and it's a bit of a whopper at 4.1GB on consoles.
There's quite a lot of new content to tuck into here though, including the first in the seven-part Lost Tales of Greece missions, titled The Show Must Go On. Maybe someone on the development team is a Queen fan?
Elsewhere, the update includes the option of auto-crafting regular arrows when you have sufficient resources, as well as an improved Mercenary menu that better displays unlocked ranks and associated rewards.
The update also adds a bunch of quality-of-life tweaks to quests and character AI, although some of them contains some major story spoilers, so we haven't listed them here. If you don't mind reading them, then soak up the patch notes here.
Assassin's Creed Odyssey launched on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on October 5, and in case you wondered, it's rather good.
Sadly, the game's live events have run into some problems, with yet another Epic Mercenary battle cancelled this week.
