Ubisoft has unsheathed the official launch trailer for Assassin's Creed Odyssey ahead of the game's launch next week on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One.
The trailer doesn't hang about in setting the tone of Odyssey, teasing massive battles and hammering home the fact you now have two playable characters to select from: Alexios and Kassandra.
Odyssey fully embraces the RPG mechanics that last year's Assassin's Creed Origins flirted with, introducing dialogue options, character romances, and much more.
The game arrives in stores on October 5, and Ubisoft has confirmed that it'll be the last Assassin's Creed title for a while as the publisher is skipping 2019 entirely. Not that it should matter, as Odyssey has an extensive post-launch lineup planned.
