Apex Legends gifting – how to gift

Apex Legends Season 15 is nearly here – and as well as a new map and hero, the big new feature is a gifting system.

This system allows you to share cosmetics and other items with friends, regardless of platform, but you’ll need to make sure you have a few things ticked off first.

This is where we come in. Here’s how to use the Apex Legends gifting system.

Apex Legends how to gift

To use Apex Legends gifting you need to ensure the followiing:

• You have Login Verification turned on.
• You are at least account level 10
• You are in-game friends with the people you want to gift
• Your account is in ‘good standing’
• You have been in-game friends for at least 2 weeks with the person you want to send the gift to

So long as you have satisfied those parameters, you can then select a gift, which range from single items like legend and weapon skins to bundles. Remember, Apex Legends gifting is cross platform.

These can acquired with Apex Coins from the Store tabs at launch and you can give up to five Gifts every 24 hours.

When you want to send a gift, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Navigate to the item you want to give to your friend
• Step 2: Confirm you have enough Apex Coins for the Gift you wish to get
• Step 3: Select your friend’s username from your friends list
• Step 4: Press the “Gift” button after confirming all details.
• Step 5: Sit back and get ready for a nice thank you (we hope) from the recipient!

Remember, as per the Apex website, gifts are non refundable, so choose carefully.
