Apex Legends Season 15 map: Broken Moon

The brand new map is called Broken Moon and is said to be of similar size to World’s Edge. As the name suggests, it’s set on a moon that was made habitable – and then they brought the Apex Games to it.

There’s plenty of POIs on this new location – which you’ll also be able to navigate via a series of zip-rails. These are similar to the existing ziplines, but much faster and with more momentum.

The aforementioned POIs include the Perpetual Core power source, the Eternal Gardens, Breaker Wharf, The Foundry, Promenades and much more – which you’ll be blistering around at a breakneck pace thanks to the zipwires.

Apex Legends Season 15 new Legend: Catalyst

Catalyst – who’s real name is Tressa Smith – is the game’s first trans Legend, and she’s described as an “experienced terraformer and defensive conjurer”.

Her moveset uses Ferrofluid to change the battlefield in her favour. This includes her Passive Ability – Barricade. It can be used to reinforce doors and even fill in the doorway where the door has been destroyed.

Her tactical, Piercing Spikes, does exactly what it sounds like, damaging and slowing down any enemies foolish enough to attempt to walk through them.

Finally her Ultimate is called Dark Veil – a huge defensive wall of Ferrorfluid. While enemies can walk directly through the wall, if they want, it slows them down and will limit their vision for a while if they do.
