Halo: The Master Chief Collection is to receive another title update this week that aims to “specifically make improvements to the matchmaking system and flow”.

The content update will be the fifth patch released for The Master Chief Collection following its launch last month, and hopefully tackle issues behind the game’s broken matchmaking system.

As a result of the ongoing problems, 343 promised last week to “make this right with our fans”, suggesting it may be considering compensation for those affected.

More details on the exact release date of the title update, included fixes and future content updates will be announced “in the near future”.
