Capcom has released a new Resident Evil 2 trailer at the Tokyo Game Show this week, offering fans a proper glimpse at sultry spy Ada Wong. As you can see, she's been given a completely new wardrobe, eschewing the red dress from the original in favour of something more practical.
Ada's new clobber is certainly more appropriate for sneaking around a zombie-infested Raccoon City, although the whole sunglasses-in-doors thing makes her look a bit conspicuous all the same.
Has she been taking fashion tips from Albert Wesker?
In addition to Miss Wong, the trailer also shines the spotlight on the Birkin family and gives us a sneak peak at what appears to be the game's intro. Remember the bit where Leon caps a zombie that's creeping up behind Claire? Yep, that's in there.
Resident Evil 2 will be shambling into stores on January 25, 2019 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One. Capcom is releasing a Collector's Edition in the US and UK if you fancy splashing out on the survival horror revamp, which includes a Leon figurine and soundtrack.
Capcom recently revealed that it will explore the possibility of remaking more of its back catalog, which bodes well for those hoping for a fully overhauled version of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.
