Like apparently literally everything else happening this month, the second series of Stranger Things, the smash hit Netflix Original, is out on October 27. Today, an official Stranger Things game is out for iOS and on Google Play, and it’s pretty cool.
It’s free, but not free-to-play because you don’t need to make additional purchases, and is in a kind of retro pixelart style. There are also plenty of 80s references (the first chapter is called Lost Boys) and when you start it you choose between Normal and Classic difficulty, Classic being ‘like 1984 hard.’
When playing you switch between characters, who all have different abilities, to solve puzzles and get past enemies. It’s pretty great, honestly.
